Delete your Medlitics account

This page is available without signing in so you can request account and data deletion at any time.

You can delete your Medlitics account from the app or the secure web portal. Deletion deactivates the account, signs you out of every device and prevents future sign-in with that account.

If you can sign in

Sign in to Medlitics, open your account menu, choose Delete account, select a reason, confirm your password and type DELETE. The request is processed immediately after confirmation.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@medlitics.comwith the subject Medlitics account deletion request. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account. Do not include your password or health information in the email.

We may ask for reasonable proof of account ownership before carrying out a request made by email. We will confirm the request and explain any data that must be retained for legal, clinical or accounting obligations.

What deletion does

  • Deactivates your Medlitics account and revokes active sessions.
  • Removes your account from patient and practitioner directories.
  • Stops account notifications and future account access.
  • Deletes or anonymises personal data when applicable retention obligations end.
